Overview
Borealbit Technology Limited built Boreal Splat as a local-first Gaussian splat file tool. The app does not require an account and does not operate a cloud library for your imported files.
Files and content
Files you choose are accessed through Apple’s system file interfaces and processed on your device for format detection, inspection, viewing, screenshots, and conversion features that are available in your version. We do not upload file contents, thumbnails, file paths, or conversion output to our servers.
Website data
This website is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process limited network and security information, such as IP addresses, request metadata, and abuse signals, to deliver and protect the site under its own privacy terms. This site does not provide accounts, file uploads, advertising trackers, or a contact-data form.
Purchases and platform services
The optional Lifetime Pro in-app purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may also process crash or diagnostic information according to your device settings and Apple’s policies.
Support
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to send. Please do not send private scene files unless we specifically request a sample and you are authorized to share it. We use support messages to respond and investigate the issue, and retain them only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and legal obligations.
Children
Boreal Splat is a professional file utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account or cloud file service.
