Agreement

These terms govern your use of Boreal Splat and this website, provided by Borealbit Technology Limited. By using them, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Your files and permissions

You retain ownership of your files and output. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to open, inspect, convert, export, or share them. Do not use Boreal Splat to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.

File compatibility and output

Gaussian splat formats and schemas vary. Support for an extension does not guarantee compatibility with every file carrying that extension. Inspect important output before delivery, preserve your original files, and keep independent backups. Conversion may change precision or unsupported properties.

Availability

The app and website may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. We may update compatibility and system requirements as formats, iOS, and iPadOS evolve.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, universal file compatibility, or fitness for a particular workflow. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Borealbit Technology Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business, profits, or opportunity arising from use of the app or website.
