Protect private files
Do not attach a client or private scene to the first email. We will ask separately if a sample is necessary and you choose whether to share it.
Keep the original
Do not overwrite or modify the source file while investigating. A copy and the producing tool’s export settings are often the safest starting point.

The help path is visible without an account.
Boreal Splat links directly to support, privacy, the website, and terms from Settings. The same screen also states that files remain in their original Files location.
